pretty place, great for weekend. very helpful and accommodating staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. spotless and new-fashioned units with the bedroom, a nice big bed, for instance. delicious food for all meals.

Had a such great stay on vacation in our spotless and tastefully decorated room with balcony. A refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment and a writing table in the room were useful. Location: the hotel was just off the centre of an area of car dealerships, trucks, Aquarium.

The location was good close to great restaurants and shopping and the staff here was accommodating and hard-working. Besides, it was near to amphitheater, fairgrounds and the Tampa🙂🙂😀

Location
I made reservations 24 hours in advance, upon arrival at 3:30 there were no king size rooms available. I was told house keeping had not cleaned all of the rooms. At 4:00 there were still no rooms available there were numerous couples waiting and at 4:15 I told the receptionist I would take anything available. Total confusion at the front desk.

Quality inn exceeded my expectations! The king room wassuper clean and cozy. The staff at breakfast were super friendly. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, with a nice view of blue water and palm trees. I appreciate how helpful the front desk staff was throughout my stay.

Not satisfactory , staff is very rude especially , house keeping they knock the door at 8 am when your due to leave at 11 am check out , horrible 2 times staff banged the door as we are deaf , not happy at all

The hotel is conveniently located near Busch Gardens. Especially Rose and Amy, were cute.
My children wished for a more nutritious breakfast menu, as the current offerings were quite limited. A wider variety could make mornings much better for families.

I encountered issues with a noisy pool party , which restricted my access to the pool area. The parking situation was difficult, especially during the busier times. Some guests seemed overwhelming and careless.
